The best leaders ask the best questions
In this book I detail thirty of my favorite questions. These are questions for leaders to ask themselves and to ask their people. Each question contains three sections: 1) the purpose behind the question, 2) a story of this question in action, and 3) some application thoughts, questions, and projects to Level Up your Leadership.

“The most brilliant questions are the ones that pull a conversation forward. The ones that often stop you in your tracks to think about a thing from a new perspective. It is an art. It takes practice. A shift from our need to talk to a thirst to hear. Jeff has walked this journey. This book enables you to learn from one who has experienced the transformative power in how one communicates.” – Judith Colemon Kinebrew, Executive Coach, Educator and Co- Author of the Sherpa Guide, process driven Executive Coaching.
